No that I know of.

I'll be honest - all I've *EVER* needed to install debian has been the
floppy set. I do the rest form the network. And at ISDN speeds, that
meant an install time of about 12 hours. The CD helped, but even the CD
set is a little behind the main archive. 

I can burn a set of potato and testing CDs for you. You'll just owe me
blanks, OK? 

I love this DSL stuff....
