[OT] RE: South Square (was: RE: [TriLUG] Replacement mobo help)

I heard 2 things:
1) Dillards doesn't "own" their building, they have 5
years left on their lease and are playing hardball
with South Square's management. (Fighting not to put
quotes around "management"-- oops, I lost!)
2) The plan is to wipe South Square and replace it
with big box stores (Beast Buy, Target, etc.)
Could just be rumors, but it makes sense.
