Well, I haven't yet seen a way to download music that is implemented 
using only an arm and a leg, although arms are often involved.

The setup I use isn't the cheapest, but it uses ethernet with rsysnc, 
ftp, or smb, to transfer the music rather than an arm and a leg. The 
music is stored on a 6.4GB notebook harddrive (~80 hours music on it 
now) that sits on top the computer in the passanger seat footwell 
because I'm too lazy to put it elsewhere. The computer is an embedded PC 
that can operate at 70C ambient air temp without a fan. I just have to 
keep it a little above freezing.

Its been working fine for over a year, and I didn't even have to steal 
any body parts to implement the file transfer.
