[TriLUG] Hollings, Tauzin want Broadcast Flag immediately

According to the EFF's "Consensus at Lawyerpoint" blog 
(http://bpdg.blogs.eff.org/), both our good buddy Sen. Fritz Hollings 
and Rep. Billy Tauzin have sent letters to FCC Chairman Michael Powell 
urging him to use FCC powers to mandate the implementation of the 
"Broadcast Flag" immediately, without having to go through that messy 
legislative stuff.

Apparently Hollings and Tauzin have determined that Broadcast Flag 
legislation would not make it through Congress this year, so they want 
an end-run around the system.
