I tried Mozilla 0.9.4 and I *was* able to get to the next link. I tried
Konqueror ind KDE 2.2.1 and I still go the "incorrect parameter message".
It was a browser difficulty and not a .pdf problem at first. Now, however, I
do have an Acrobat problem. The website won't let me download the .pdf file.
It is forcing me to use Acrobat. I do not have Acrobat loaded.
