[TriLUG] How to connect two buildings a mile apart...

We have that... but we want to go at least 10MB not just 1.5Mb.... the
issue is not moving servers and not constructing a new computer room with
raised floors, air handling, ups, etc... We have that in building 1 (where
the servers currently are) but we don't have it in building 4. For
adequate response either the servers need to be in the same building as the
end users or we need to have a high-band link between buildings.
