No, Roy... it's always been scheduled at 1pm.

FYI, the Fayetteville St. exit is exit 276 from I-40  (Streets of 
Southpointe exit).

Those from the Raleigh direction would be advised to take I-40 *west*, and 
turn to the right(north) at the top of the ramp.
