Do you realize that, as a member, you can get an account
on the trilug servers that includes web space where you can
put howtos?  In fact, if you take a look at the footer
at the bottom of every message:

You'll notice that the TriLUG Organizational FAQ
is in my trilug home directory.  That's probably
the best way to start something like this.  If it
grows and you want to make it more official, we can
talk about moving the url, but try starting small first.
