These fixes were back-patched in August or some-such. This has been
fixed (on Red Hat) for a while now, and the advisory mostly speaks to
people who haven't updated to the latest errata releases of the
packages.
Like "apt-get dist-update" (did i get that right? been a while since I
last used it) on debian GNU/Linux, "up2date --nox -u" on Red Hat Linux
is your friend.
