[TriLUG] Postfix plus Cyrus IMAP

I looked at that, and decided it wasn't complete enough for my needs
right now. I also couldn't get authentication to work properly. I even
created a patch to add encryption to the password in the database before
deciding against using web-cyradm. It doesn't allow you to change user
passwords, and the user can't login to change thier own.

P.S. I got the AUTH to show up in the EHLO response. Missing
configuration in the main.cf file. I certainly wish the documentation
was better for this setup.
