Sign up for the free dynamic-DNS services at http://www.dyndns.org. I 
use ddclient, a perl script, to keep my DNS entry up to date. It is run 
as /etc/dhcpcd/dhcpcd-eth1.exe by my dhcp client every time my address 
changes (which isn't often). I never have to think about it.
