Thanks William, but I'm more of a RH guy. I'm very comfortable in that
environment. (Please do use this as a Debian vs. RH vs. Mandrake vs. Uncle
Pete's distro flame war. Just stating my position.)

Eventually, I'm either going to do a Gentoo or a LFS for my servers, but for
now I'm going to stay with RH.

Well, I could give a talk on that  as I just spent a week getting a mail
server running on my Debian server here at home. After threatening various
pieces of hardwar with digital death, and a little help from the TriLUG
list, I have a mail server up and running nicely. I'll give you a bit of
advice. If you plan on using Debian have someone around who has done it
already. Debian is not for the faint of heart when it comes to these
matters. :) William
