I have had this problem in the past and fixed it, but it has been so long that I can't remember what the fix is. I have installed RedHat 8 on my girlfriends machine, it refuses to install on mine, but that's a different story. Upon boot-up the machine will freeze at "INIT: version 2.04 booting." That's as far as it gets. Any suggestions? William
