If you go with RoadRunner be very careful to read every bit of the 
contract. When I talked to the sales rep. recently he promised we could 
switch between levels of service in terms of bandwidth, and never 
mentioned anything about being locked into the service for multiple 
years. The contract he delivered actually doesn't allow switching 
between levels of service, and locked me into using them for 3 years.
