I have heard nothing but great things about BritSys DSL. I probably
would have gone with them myself, except it was a bit expensive.
However, if I remember correctly they offer plans that are 1.5Mbit Down
/ 768Kbit Up for about $60 / month.
I knew someone who had them and loved their excellent support, and when
he moved he waited for them to provide service in his new area before
getting high speed again. They also had excellent reviews on
dslreports.com.
I've read their service contract before and I believe they guarantee 70%
of your bandwidth or some figure close to that.
Just thought I would throw that out there for you.
