[TriLUG] OpenBSD -stable builds - needs maintainer

I have been unable to keep up with the OpenBSD -stable builds in light 
of my pending relocation.  If you install from that, you're better off 
than you would be installing from a CD set but you're still not 100% 
patched.

I will likely not be able to maintain it for some time.  I suggest 
either someone take over the project, or remove it from the ftp server 
to avoid misleading someone into thinking that they have installed from 
a fully patched distro.
