[TriLUG] Visio alternative

I have used Dia and they have port to windows. Dia is a little more
basic but free. You can find it at the Gnu Win II site.

I was playing around on my Linux box the other day, opening apps to see
what they do :) I came across Kivio (under the KOffice menu) and saw
that it similar in function to Visio. I wanted to check and see if
anyone else has used this app or a different one.
