not to be too off topic, but it depends on the type of Dell you're trying
to support. Over the last 5 years my staff has fielded close to 1000 Dell
laptops. We use the Latitudes and have had good results. Early on we were
warned off of the Inspiron's for serious road-warrior use. The latitude's
aren't as sexy but seem to be much more reliable in the field.
