Anyone can sue anyone else for anything (almost).  Doesn't mean you've 
got a good case, or that the judge won't throw it out.

The courts move slowly.  It's a wonder SCO is still alive at all these 
days, and a prolonged court battle that upsets UNIX customers is likely 
to alienate the few customers they have left.

Bring it on.
