[TriLUG] Postfix queue question

I moved the mail server for a virtual webhosting provider from Sendmail to
Postfix over the weekend. Things appear to be going pretty well, except
for one puzzling thing.

When I look at the queue, there is a lot of mail hanging around for
invalid users at our hosted domains. For example:

3D6D2B62B0 7897 Tue Jan 14 01:45:56
bounce-108898782-2457 at mail6.wyzermail.com
                                                   (unknown user: "/dev/null")
                                         /dev/null at mail.skiltech.com

Shouldn't that mail get rejected, instead of hanging around our queue?
Maybe someone more well-versed in postfix can enlighten me.
