I ended up going with Earthlink. Shortly thereafter, a good friend made
me aware of Speakeasy (www.speakeasy.net), which has a variety of
packages, most a bit more expensive than DirectTV, but with great terms
of service. When my one year with Earthlink is up, I'll probably be
switching.
