Please come and please forward as appropriate -- and don't forget Eric
Raymond on Monday February 10th (3:30 same location).

WHO: Glenn Otis Brown, Executive Director of Creative Commons
WHEN: Wednesday, February 19. 3:30 pm
WHERE: Pleasants Family Room, Wilson Library, UNC Chapel Hill

About Glenn:
Glenn Otis Brown is Executive Director of Creative Commons, a non-profit
organization founded on the notion that some people would prefer to share
their creative works (and the power to copy, modify, and distribute their
works) instead of exercising all of the restrictions of copyright law.

Glenn graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996 and from
Harvard Law School in 2000. At Harvard, Glenn worked at the Berkman Center
for Internet and Society, and was a member of the Harvard Law Review.
After graduation, Glenn worked in The Economist's Washington D.C. bureau
before clerking for the Honorable Stanley Marcus on the Court of Appeals
for the 11th Circuit, in Miami. Glenn is also assistant producer of
Digital Age, a New York public TV show.
