[TriLUG] No books for SuSE

Even if they're still there, they're not useful.  They were basically
'preview' CDs, not the full thing.  They also had no documentation (just
a CD and a sleeve).  

What you get when you buy SuSE is a set of somewhere around eight CDs,
or a DVD, and a book.
