Well the more cameras the merrier.  It will make for a more interesting 
event if maybe 3 people are there covering ESR, and another one, two or 
more people are covering the audience (wide angle shots, closeups of 
people watching, and also shots of people asking questions).  So if you 
happen to go, and you happen to own a MiniDV camera, your footage is 
most welcome.

The poor man's way of doing this is to import into your 'puter and 
export back out to tape.

Though I think there are enough people down there that y'all can 
coordinate a copying party after the event sometime, and send all the 
tapes up in one box.

For NC*SA & iBiblio folks who are on the TriLUG list, could you please 
give a heads up to your respective groups about what we're planning 
here so we can possibly pool resources on this?
