This looks like a problem in the SPEC file.  Is there a source
RPM available?

you might try creating a directory at /setup and see if that helps,
but without knowing what the install scripts are trying to 
accomplish, theres no way to know.

(Well, I suppose you could SIG SUP mid install and take a 
look at /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.20252: line 73:
