Well, after searching through the (imho) poorly designed website,
it appears that fish is included in 3.1 and on.  Mandrake 9 comes
with 3.0.5, so that explains it. (Josep, you did say 3.x and did
not specify that x >= 1.)  It looks like you can just compile it
and install it, only 2.x needs a patch.
