I think this has broader implications for the private sector, too. IT
monkeys in the business world can point to this to leverage their
argument in favor of using Linux servers instead of something else.
Micro$oft still has a lot of pull and while this will make it less of a
risky choice for government folks to choose linux, I'm going to take a
"wait and see" attitude. The US Gov't seems to be the most anti-OSS
that I'm aware of.
