You did update your mail server definition of your hostname?
If your mailserver program (postfix, sendmail, whatever) thinks
something is going to a different hostname than what it expects,
it will bounce it. Make sure your mailserver knows about your
dyndns.org address and doesn't just think it's something like
....nc.rr.com.
