[TriLUG] Welcome Chris Knowles to the SC!

I just wanted to send out a message welcoming Chris to the Steering 
Committee. It was a very close vote tonight between all three guys (2 
votes separated them from each other). Chris Knowles has been on the 
Steering Committee before and will resume his old position of Vice 
chairman. I guess this means there will be more interesting ops fights 
in irc too :)
