I am still working on the RPM upgrade problem that I mentioned
yesterday.  I was wondering if someone could go over the --noscripts
option?  From what I have read, if you were going from version 1 to
version 2 and you upgraded with the --noscripts option it would run the
skip any %pre and %post for version 2 but execute any %preun and %postun
for version 1.  Is that correct?
