[TriLUG] OT schools

I would direct someone to NCSU, they seem to have a fairly large computing unit
to compliment the engineering school, as well as the fact that RedHat itself is
located on NSCU Centinnial Campus.  I don't know what it is, but there must be
some agreements there???
