Hi Ryan,
It looks like your firewall is blocking connections. Make sure you've
got FTP enabled through the firewall. The control connection (port 22)
is working fine, but I can't get either PASV or regular PORT connections
to work.
Maybe you could enable HTTP? It's much easier to use if there are
firewall issues.
