[TriLUG] Statistics site needed

Does anyone have the link to a site that gives statistics about what OS
web servers are running?  I know about NetCraft and the offerings they
have, but what I am looking at is a snapshot that says something like:

Linux 24%
Microsoft 22%
Solaris 18%

I used to know where to find it, but can't seem to locate it any more no
matter how I search Google.com/linux for it.

Any help would be appreciated.
