I've tried a few. Those are my (condensed) opinions after some usage of each
tool:
gq <http://biot.com/gq/> It's just OK.
Directory Administrator <http://diradmin.open-it.org/index.php>, I don't like
it at all
KDirAdmin <http://www.carillonis.com/kdiradm/>. it's unsafe! plain-text
passwords! argh!!!
LDAP Browser/Editor, <http://www-unix.mcs.anl.gov/~gawor/ldap/download.html> ,
I like it a lot. They say that is for educational purposes only, although
there's no link to buy it, opensource it or anything :/
LDAPExplorerTool, BSD-license <http://ldaptool.sourceforge.net/>. Looks
interestng. I need more time to try it out.
What do you'all use for LDAP duties?
Salut,
Sinner
