Let me bring a bit of POSITIVE news though...check out Red Hat's
website.  May be some good opportunities there as they are advertising
openings in Raleigh.  Also, we have openings here at CA in our Tampa
facility.

And since we are talking about other states. :)  South Carolina's job
market sucks too.  In fact it sucks so badly the Columbia news paper had
half the front of the business page a few days ago covered by an article
saying basically "Tech jobs across the US are hard to find and in SC
it's worse than average".

Seems to me tech jobs are just hard to find these days.  There do seem
to be some short-term contracting jobs to be found, not paying as much
as they would a few years ago, but enough.
