[TriLUG] Routing errors

We have a linux router doing static routes and we have seen several errors on our Cisco Switch and on the router interfaces.  Notice the amount of errors on the TX packets.  Does anyone have an idea what may be causing these errors?
Router is running Mandrake with the Linux 2.4.19-16mdk i686 kernel
