Yes, this is *supposed* to be shielded cat5.  However, this cabling was 
<$.50 a cable, yes that is 50 cents a piece.  I have replaced those 
cables with what I would consider better quality cables.  I will 
continue to monitor, hopefully its a Layer 1 problem, if not I will go 
into the switch and configure that differently.  If you note, the one 
interface with the least errors was patched with a name brand cable.
