[TriLUG] Exchange replacement

Before you ask, yes I've googled and looked on freshmeat.

What are people experiences with Exchange replacements?  Has anyone used
one?  I'm speaking of servers that can speak MAPI and replace the
functionality of exchange the way exchange works.  Things like OpenMail and
to a lesser extent Bynari.

Also what do people use instead of exchange for group calendars, address
books, etc?
