[TriLUG] Converting an NT Server to Linux

I like what I've heard so far, but I must add that I would never format the 
old HD and rebuild.  I would buy/beg/borrow/steal another HD or low-end PC so 
I have a way to back down.  It's just to easy for something to go wrong.
