[TriLUG] Help, what's this stupid secure screensaver?

Running Mandrake 9.1 and there is a lockup and prompt for password
seems like every 30 sec, HELP I don't want to input password so often,
yes this is good for security but not for home experimentation!

I tried doing things with Mandrake configuration but haven't hit on the
little switch. Can someone help point me to the thing to change for this?
