Jim,

When you run Win4Lin, you are still running Linux as the basic operating
system.  While the precise definition of "emulation" can be argued,
Scott's point still stands -- Linux is the machine's operating system;
it's providing an emulated environment for Windows to run in (via
Win4Lin).  It is impossible for more than one operating system to be run
on the base hardware at the same time (at least, with PC hardware).
