Sure. Setup or find an HTTP server that will do redirects/proxy. Do
the ssh connection & redirect to that server and you can browse what
ever you need from that server. I used to do just this from home into
cisco & from other sites through my home server. It's been a long time
though & i forget the details fo setting it up...
