One more tip -- if the user who is sending mail with sendmail -t is not
root, it's probably a good idea to add that user's username to
/etc/mail/trusted-users (if you're using the sendmail MTA).  Otherwise,
there will be an "X-Authentication-Warning" header added to the outgoing
message.  I'm not sure how to do this with postfix (but postfix does
support the "sendmail -t" functionality).

It looks like in your case root is sending the mail, and root is already
"trusted," but I thought it was worth mentioning.
