[TriLUG] OT? - RR now blocking email from dynamic IPs...

RR's SMTP server (smtp-server.nc.rr.com) can not be used from outside the RR
network.  This is a standard security practice throughout the industry - you
wouldnt expect your company to relay mail from another company's network,
right?
