???Due process??? I've heard that argument too. According to the
constitution and the admendments to the constitution, due process is
when they come with a warrant and confiscate my stuff, not destroy it if
they so choose. How are they to know that I have MP3's from my CD
collection?  

C.H. - This isn't pointed at you but the gov't. I'm tired of their "We
are the gov't, bow down because we are in charge" attitude. First, they
aren't, we the people are. The American people have seem to forgotten
that they work for us, not the other way around. 

If they were to invade your PC up in PA, I'd work with you from here to
fight them. It's just wrong. To me, this is worse than the RIAA and DCMA
bills that we've seen.
