[TriLUG] Request Tracker

OK, I've been looking around at bug/trouble/request ticket systems for
awhile, and from what I've been able to read, Request Tracker seems to
be the one that will work for my needs, but...

I can't get it to install.  I've been trying on RH8 and 9 using the
(then) current versions of RT.  Most recently it's RH9 and RT-3.0.2

Can anyone give me a hand?  I *think* I've gotten the dependencies
answered, though I would love to have RPM based packages.

Basically what I would *really* like is a tutorial page from somewhere,
though Google doesn't find anything.

(Heck, even just pointing out any caveats in the manual provided should
help.)
