[TriLUG] OT: has winmail.dat shown up on original messages or just replies?

done.  i hope folks realize that we're a lot more interested in fixing a problem than arguing the merits of one vendor or another.

	There is a way to do that.  You can set the connector (if using one) to only 
	send plain-text.  Or you can make the change globaly in the global settings 
	to only send plain text messages and not the client figure it out.  But my 
	guess is that you should also send another message that you originate to 
	magnus and see what the behavior is.  I mean, what the heck right?  What if 
	the winmail.dat came from somebody else and you just forwarded it in your 
	reply which is not unexpected?  That would be an interesting thing.
