Reggie,
You are the man! That's the clearest explanation I've heard yet
and it makes complete sense. I have no clue what I was thinking
before (obviously I wasn't), but thanks very much for speaking up.
Hmm.. I'm not sure if there are other providers there or not.
Looking up on dslreports.com seems to show that I'm in this CO:
http://www.dslreports.com/coinfo/clli/DRHMNCXE
The info there seems to indicate it is connected to both Verizon
and Bellsouth! (Of course, it also mentions ATM...) If I could
actually get DSL through the Bellsouth network, I'd probably sign
up with that offer that Celito presented a few meetings ago. (I
don't suppose there are any Celito people on the list that could
tell me definitively if I could get DSL from them? ;-)
