I don't see the string in 2.4.20 vanilla source, so it sounds like an
issue with one of the RH patches.
You can add on your particulars to the RH bugzilla entry for it

IMHO, it's likely to just be a debug message you can ignore - maybe
one of the tx/rx ring buffers gets too full, maybe it's just something
silly like module ref counts getting out of whack. Dunno, but if
things seem to work fine otherwise, I'd just add your sysinfo to that
bug report and ignore it :)
