Instead of filtering on the subject tag, you should filter on the 
X-Spam-Status: header.  Here are two examples:

For a 'standard' procmail setup with mbox folders:

:0:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
spam

For the TriLUG setup:

:0
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
| $DELIVERTO +spam
